The first thing we chose were our invitations. We loved the one that was dark red and ivory, so those became our colors!

you are not alone, it took me FOREVER to choose my colors!!! I always thought I'd end up with some shade of Yellow (being one of my favorite colors) but when I ended up with a Winter Wedding, i knew THAT wasn't gonna happen.
Even though I'm not much into the color Red, I did go with that one because it works beautifully with my Christmas Theme. I really didn't wanna do Red & Green though, so I had been toying with the idea of using another color with it, like Black, Silver, or Gold. I didn't like any of 'em. So I'm sticking with only Red!! And the MOH will have a long white sash.

I chose my favorite color (dusty rose) and went from there What is your favorite color(s)? If you picked a theme, maybe that will help you pick your colors.
