Do you do them more casual or do you do Mr & Mrs?

we sent them to everyone that was on the guest list (of course there were a couple more added by the time the invites went out thanks to the MIL)
we sent them out as Mrs. & Mrs. First Name Last Name
Ms. First name last name etc.

I did them Mr. & Mrs.
And people who I am inviting with a guest, I just put their name on it, but when I send the invitation I will put and guest..

I did formal ('Mr. and Mrs. Fur Cat' or Ms. Persian and Guest')- the same way I addressed my invites.
