This may have been asked before..but how did you and FH meet?
FH and I met when I was a freshman in college over 5 years ago. We were both smokers at the time (we both quit 3 months into our relationship!! ) and FH asked me for a cigarette in front of the library at our school. The rest is history!!!

We started working together in 2006 (never paid much attention to each other).
In 2007 we were sent to 3 month job training. One day he was in front of the class making inappropriate jokes and I told him to STFU (shut the eff up)! (It just so happens that he is 6ft 3in and I am 5ft 2in...to make matters worst this also happened to be the same time the entire class got quiet and EVERYONE heard me and he was completely embarrassed)
Having such an ironic life a few weeks later we ended up in the same study group and he immediately fell in love...it took me a while, but we've been together ever since

I met this guy in grad school who asked me out in a totally lame way. We were working on separate projects for the whole semester and he asked me if I wanted to get together to work on them one day. I thought I may as well give him a shot, so I gave him my number. Fast forward 3 months, it didn't work out, but I really liked his friends. I saw him around the beginning of January at school and told him to bring his friends over to drink and hang out that weekend. He did and FH was the only one I didn't know. We started talking and apparently I imitated him and he knew I was going to mean something special to him from that moment. I wanted a massage later in the night and asked grad school guy to give me one and he passed me right to FH. FH and I kissed while grad guy was in the bathroom and we've been together ever since!
Weird thing is...we have 1,000,000 common friends! We'd probably met a thousand times!

LOL! My FH used to loooooooove that place!
But here's our story... In December '07, my best friend (at the time) and I had plans to go out on a Friday night because I had just turned 21 and I could get in everywhere. Anyway, she ended up staying out too late after work in the city and I started to feel sick, so we didn't go out. On Saturday, she felt really bad about it and said how she totally would make it up to me. So on Saturday, December 22nd, we headed out to Oragin just for our own night. We were dancing and I was not paying attention to anyone. Somehow she ended up saying something to FH about how I loved the song, they spoke briefly, FH and I started dancing and we have seen each other pretty much every SINGLE day since.

You girls all have great stories.....some of you met in very interesting ways Michael and I actually met through Eharmony. I had been on there for a little while and wasn't really connecting with any one.....then Michael came along and we started conversing....we talked through email for a while before talking on the phone. Shortly after we talked on the phone, we went on our first date to Houlihans. We clicked right away.....Two weekends later we went on an all day city trip and he met my family....a week later he met my best friends. We pretty much became inseparable. We've been dating now for a year and seven months and I can't imagine a day of my life without him. He has truely become the best thing in my life and I love him more than any thing. we knew of each other through friends when we were in high school....we started hanging out the summer of our junior year at a carnival ....he took me back there when he proposed

We met on Singlesnet.com. We e-mailed each other for about 2 weeks (about 100 times a day),chatted on aim a few days, spoke on the phone for about a week and we went on our 1st date about 2 1/2 weeks after we met. Its been a love story since!!
omg Celia same here except we texted before we spoke on the phone because FH was not a computer person besides the website

We met because I was friends with this girl from high school (who turned out to be really nasty to me...) was friends with FH's ex. When FH & ex broke up, FH & friend of mine stayed friends. Friend and I reconnected after HS, and I met FH.

Anyone ever hear of Hot Skates in Lynbrook??? FH and I both worked there for many many years. We didn't really work together for the first few years, then he switched positions, started working together, and we started hanging out after work, this was 7 years ago. We haven't separated since.
