october is said to have the most clear days of any month and i like the temp ... not too hot, hot too cold

we knew we wanted a summer month and july was sooner in the summer so we booked it....

Weather. We live in FL, and have hot weather all the time. We really wanted a romantic, wintery white wedding, where we both wouldnt melt. I also knew I wanted black BM dresses, and the dress style I wanted just looked more winter than spring/summer. Plus the price was slightly cheaper too...

I picked the end of september becuase i was thinking that the temperture would be perfect. Not to cold and not to hot

Definitely because of the weather. I didn't want a winter wedding because I don't like the cold weather. I couldn't do spring because of my freaking allergies. I hate the heat more than anything and I get very irritable during the summer time so that left the fall Not hot or cold just right

I'm a teacher so we wanted to get married in the summer so we could go on our HM right away. We picked the first available date that our RH had available which happened to be in July.

I love the summer!!! reason i picked august instead of july..is july has more rain (according to weatherchannel.com) lol

I always wanted to get married in the fall, but I'm a teacher and that would mean we would have to wait to take our HM. FH didn't want to wait so that meant summer it was! I didn't want anything in the beginning of July right after school ended b/c I run all the moving up activities at my middle school so I would be crazed and so that meant August.

For us it was a no brainer... as soon as I got engaged I knew it had to be our anniversary date....i looked on the calendar and its on a sat!jump:

when we get married it will be our five year anniversary!

I'm a teacher and wouldn't be able to take off during the school year for a honeymoon. I also love summer by the beach!! Also I won't be living w/FH until we are married so I wanted time to adjust. During the school year it is too crazy and stressful to get married! So July is perfect for us.

The only reason I picked our date was because it was 8/8/08! We had our first date on 4/4/04, so I knew that we had to get married then... didn't matter what the season was or what the price was, it just was meant to be!

I'm a big summer time and sun fan and luckily so is FH, so Aug it is, plus we didn't want a super long engagement.

I actually wanted a summer wedding (bc I'm a teacher and would have off) but FH's cousin had just got engaged and had set a summer wedding date... and she didn't want me to get married to close to hers. So, we went for a month that was still warm but not too close to hers.

There were many months we had to eliminate. My sister works in retail so November and December is out. My dad and his dadare both tax preparers so January through April is out. I am a teacher and didn't want to get married in the begining of the school year. August was late in the summer so we have the whole month of July for last minute details. We also have time for a two week honeymoon!!!!

I never really thought about an ideal wedding month, but I knew I didn't want mid-summer, and I knew I didn't want winter. We had to work around FH's schedule, with him finishing school (classes done in April, graduation in late May), he didn't want it too close to his b-day (4/25) but oh well, there weren't that many choices! There is also a chance of having really great weather, although knowing FH and his luck, it will hail - no worries, it will still be great

I wanted to get married in the fall and November was available. It worked out because I have major events to celebrate in each month of fall.

I wanted under a two year eng. So we are getting married two days under our two year aniv. of our eng.!

our initial date was taken and we really wanted the 6th but its a sat and i have religious relatives so we opted for the 7th which we say is for the grade we met in and 12 for dec and the grade we got together...lol...so dec 7 it was!!!its corny i know...
