I created my wedding website which included all the information that my out of town guests might need for accomodations, RH location, time, and Gift registries and sent the web address with my Save the Date cards.

I sent the info w/ my STD's too. I also emailed people I know r definitely coming from OOT 2 c if they had any ?'s.

I have info on our wedding website which is through wedorama, I also printed out the information and sent it with save the dates so they could have it earlier, and included info about our website then also. I will also put info when i get the pocket invitations for the wedding...so that will give them 3 opportunites...

Through information cards in the invitations. We didn't do STDs. Those who were coming from parts far away got e-mails in advance. If you're doing STDs, that's a good way to let them know.

congrats on deciding to do the reception! We had the info on our website (provided on the STDs) and then also put in a single card in with the invite.

Glad to hear you are still having your wedding. I did what Zoe did -- put the travel info on our wedding website and printed the travel info and sent it with our STDs (which also have a link to our wedding website on them)

as for flights & stuff i would assume they would do that on their own. but our hotel that we blocked rooms with gave us inserts for our invitations with all the info.

We also got inserts. I have all the hotel info on our wedding website with weddingchannel also, with the link on our STD magnets!

After reading Milana's review, I got a bunch of great ideas. I plan to use something like this to put into everything invitation. For my family & friends OOT I will email them letting them know to book their rooms ASAP.
