how did you know your veil/jewlery/shoes/etc were going to match your dress?
i am confused. i want to buy everything now but i have not started fitting for my dress so i do not have an exact swatch of the color. it is a shade of ivory---- so does everyone just buy everything in the same color of your dress and hope it is the exact shade? what if it doesnt match? did anyone wait until after your dress came in?
thanks!

My dress is Diamond White... I am having my veil made at Barrons and she said the material for the veil comes in diamond white... its universal. I am assuming the same goes for some other colors in the ivory family. Ask your dress shop what the color name is.

do you have pics of your dress in the color its being ordered in? i know a picture is not as good as having a swatch but if it was taken with a really good camera and printed from a good quality printer you can get a pretty good idea thats what i've been doing when i went to order accessories i just take a pic and hope that the color is as spot on as it seems

I ordered the veil from the same place I got my dress and took my earrings with me when I tried on my dress(not a fitting , just tried it on when it came into the store) and bought shoes from zappos which you have a year to return them

I purchased my veil from the bridal store. as far as jewelry try TEJANI... they go to your bridal salon with the jewlery and then you can see how it looks

My dress is white so it was easy with the veil. As for jewelry I went with basic (nothing over the top) I didn't want it to take away from the dress

I totally feel the same way! It's a style thing too, not just the color. I want everything to look good together.
