Here's how I made mine in Word
Set up page to landscape Insert 2 columns Start typing - I followed the layout in the precana book All of the ceremony info was on the left side (if you're facing it) and the bridal party info was on the right.

I used this site. I purchased their program kit, and then went onto their website for the template...
I did mine on Word for Mac...set the paper size to Legal & set three columns for a tri-fold.
The cover page states our names, date & location...I typed an excerpt from a reading in water-ink. Once you open the tri-fold you see the Thank you & We Remember sections on the left - Bridal party & officiant on right side.
Once you open it to reveal the inside, the center lists the Ceremony (Procession, etc.) and the far right has a reading printed. The back - middle section - has a map and directions to the reception hall from the church.
I didn't buy fancy paper - 70lb white paper. I'm thinking of 'dressing it up' with a ribbon band or something.

what is your e-mail? Chmpgnrose, sent me a great template from word?? I'll e-mail it to you.. you can change it around here is the one i did with it
i ordered them from party city - you may want to check there. they are inexpensive and will save yourself a headache (atleast for me it was worth it bc Im not that crafty or patient!)
