i met mine on a benefit run for a sick child we were raising money for, he gave me his # and told me to call at 10:00 the next morn if i wanted to go out, i didnt call, he called me at 5 after and the rest is history. i'm sooo glad he called.

We met at a bar in Boston when I was underage (with fake ID) and out for a 'ladies night' with my friends from college (i was the only young one). Him & his friends were there because they couldn't get into the bar where their friends were because of dress code.

after we saw each other, i turned to my friends and said 'i have to meet that guy in the polo hat' and he told me later on (before i told him what i had said) that he turned to his friends and said 'i have to meet that girl in the green shirt' it was LITERAL love at first sight!!!!

We all went out for my brother's birthday and he was friends with my brother's friend. For a yr we would all hang out together and then we started dating. He was even my brother's best man 3 yrs ago in his wedding.

We met online but one of my friends ending up knowing him and his family, so it was kind of a weird coincidence.

we met in a theatre class in college. Our teacher had everyone pair up to feel eachother's aura and the rest (after a few years of secrecy, lies, and parking lots) is history!

we met at work i thought he was cute then found out his age was kinda like hmmm ok guess not but a nother co-worker pushed us to hang out and work together more. we all decided to meet at my house after a long overnight at work to go in the hot tub. well the other co-worker left 1/2 way thru the day and we have been together ever since.

we met outside haigan dazz (totally spelt that wrong) I saw my friend Brian and ran to give him a hug. told him about some party I wanted to have next week (going away but I ended up not leaving!) then he introduced me to his boss Paul. we would have ended up not seeing each other at the party cause I decided not to leave Ny.

two days later I go to a bar with my friends where we used to go every Thursday. my friend tells me some guy is trying to get my attention. I think it's just some pig trying to hit on me so I ignore him. finally he comes over and says I met you at the mall a few days ago! I go oh yeah. he buys me a drink, we start talking. he says take my #. I told him straight out i'd never call him if he didn't take my # and hunt me down. so he took my #. the rest is history.

funny thing is we had probably seen each other 100s of times in that bar. but I mean he's a rock star type of guy, and i'm a preppy li princess type. so he would have never even tried speaking to me! even though his fav thing about me is how different we both are I'll stop blabbering now

In boring fashion these days, we met on the internet.

FIRST TIME:
We met on Jdate. We dated for more than a month and it didn't work out since FH was petrified of my parents 2 dogs (1 year old and 12 year old golden retreivers). The dogs scared him off and I was devastated.

We went separate ways and 3 years later...

SECOND TIME:
We were 'matched' on eharmony. I knew exactly who he was without even seeing a picture. I always thought he was the one that got away. I contacted him and mentioned that I still lived at home with 1 dog. Asked if that was a problem and if he wanted to give it another chance.

Of course he said yes!!!!! 6 months later we moved in together and in another 6 months (plus) we were engaged.

I knew the minute I met him we were meant to be.

He was the hottie at the deli that I used to go in to (I was 15 he was 20).....my friend ended up setting us up 3 years later at Mulcahy's....I also knew him through my friend dating his best friend (but he had no idea who I was )

We didn't go there to get set up. It just so happened that our parents used to hang out with eachother years ago so they got to talking about about their kids & my mother said I have a daughter that's 21(at the time) & James' mother was like I have a son that is also 21. So they introduced us & it was love at first site.
