We met at Island Rock climbing gym...... I was exercising up stairs and he came up.....chatted with me. I found out a few nights later that we were going to be at Luxe together. We wound up dancing and having a great time together!

I met Anthony on Match.com Our first date was to Dave N Busters.
I met Mike while we were on a year long study abroad program (2003-04) in Germany to study German. we were friends for a few months before we actually started to date. after the year was over i went back to NY and he went back to Australia. we spent a few months apart and i then moved there to do my MA in 2005. i am home now until the wedding, moving to sydney in august. he is there now, so we have been apart for a few months, but in 28 days i get to see him and after that no more time apart ever again!
our first date was a walk thru the Neckar river region in Tübingen (town we were studying in) Germany. we then walked thru the old town and by the castle of the town. the rest is history!
he doesnt normally wear his hair like that, that is what happens when i do it....
Speeddating but we actually found out we went to college together, had the same major, lived in the same dorm but never met. We even applied for the same first job with a company that had only 4 employees I keep thinking God kept changing his mind until we were really ready... 15 years later.
Well, my cousin works with FH, she went out with him a few times, but there was a big age difference between the two, she is 7 years younger than me and FH is 7 years older than me. I met him at her house once, but didnt think anything of him, he was really quiet. Fast forward about a year and a half later, she got back together with her ex boyfriend (who she is now marrying in 2 weeks) and she kept telling me she thought we would be perfect together but I hate fix ups so always tried to ignore it. We finally met and a few weeks later set up our first date and he proposed 14 months later.......

I met my FI at a party in the Hamptons. He was a friend of a friend. I was leaving the following week to attend a 6 month immersion program in Italy. We chatted all night but we didn't exchange any info, when he was leaving he said 'Have fun in Rome' and that was it.
The night before I left for Italy, my friends threw me a going away party and he showed up. We chatted again and he told me that he had wanted to ask me on a date, but he thought I would be busy getting ready to go. Since i was leaving the next day, we exchanged emails and I told him he owed me a date.
We kept in touch and 4 weeks later he went on a business trip to London. He ended up flying into Rome and took me out to dinner. I knew that night we would end up getting married.
We stayed in touch while I was in Europe and 5 months later I came back to NY and we started dating. A year later we were engaged.

ok, here we go...prepare for the laughter!
FH and I met while working at McDonalds in high school (your laugh here). We actually hated each other at first but hung out with the same group from work. One night, we sat next to each other at a friends house and started talking....we've been together ever since! Actually, we realized that he dated a friend of mine in high school and i actually had my first kiss with one of his ex-friends (we were 13 and FH still makes fun of me for it!!!) You never realize just how small your town is!!!!
No pics, but i'll post a wedding pic in 33 days!!!

We met at work. I had been with the company for quite a few years when FH started there and was being introduced to everyone. When he got to me I just looked up at him, our eyes met, and we couldn't help but stare at each other with that dumb-founded look on our faces.
So a few weeks later (after he investigated my 'situation') he got a tip-off that I liked him so he called me up and asked if I wanted to go out and get some drinks after work. Four months and 2 days later we got engaged!!!!
And now we've got just 19 days to go until we're Mr. & Mrs.!!! There's a pic of us in my profile.
