How We Met

When? Friday, September 10, 2004
Where? Blind date...techincally....lol.....

Me and Mike met through his cousin-in-law, Robin. I was working in a law firm at the time and his cousin was the associate lawyer. I was looking for a relationship and so was he, so his cousin thought we would be campatible based on our personalities, so we exchanged pictures, and we both thought one another were attractive, and we talked on the phone for a week for about an hour at a shot every night before we went out the following weekend.

He picked me up at my house (had to meet the parents...uhh...don't ask!) and he brought me a red rose! He stole my heart with that rose! We then went to dinner at Applebees, then we went to Jillians and played some games and went bowling (I beat him twice!!) and then we went for a very romantic stroll on the beach and just cuddled on a blanket! I talked and talked on the beach so we didn't have our first kiss until he was ready to drop me off! But, our first kiss was amazing and I woudn't have wanted it any other way! And we've been together ever since!!

We were engaged at 6 months / had a year and 4 month engagemet! :)

We work together. DH was being introduced to everyone on his first day and when our eyes met that was it!!!

i like to say he 'stalked me'....

DH brazenly IM'd me on AOL, b/c he was your typical military hormone looking for 'single girls' in the area.... after ignoring him for a month we finally met up...and the rest is history....

We met at work. We actually were good riends for about 4 years before we started dating.

oooh God, this is embarrasing. We met on the dance floor at CoCo's in Huntington. His first line to me was 'how YOU doin''...with his Long Island accent. So funny! We were together ever since.

August 1999 in our Junior year of college. We were in the same business classes. Didn't start to date til July 2001

We met at our old job. We became friends first and then after 6 years of being friends, we started dating. We were together for 7 years before we got married.

I went to college with DH's brother, and my best male friend lived with my BIL, so the two guys conived behind our backs and had us meet in their dorm room when DH came up for a visit to see his brother. From that weekend in October '03, we've been inseparable.

I met Dh when I was 16 at work. He was my manager and also had a girlfriend. We didn't really start talking and hanging out til after he broke up with his girlfriend. Once she was out of the picture, we became really good friends and eventually started dating
