We met in college, in a class where a teacher we both disliked 'set us up' to work on a project together....well long story short the first time I saw him in the library where we were supposed to meet I fell in love...after that we would meet there before class to go over homework and study. That was the only time I couldn't wait until that class came around each week. I guess we owe it all to that professor!

Us too!! We're getting married because I was bored one night and clicked on a JDate pop-up ad. Did a search, and he was on my list of 'matches.' I thought he was adorable in his picture, so I emailed him... and the rest is history!

One of my guy friends went to the police academy with him and I saw him at graduation (in Penn Station) and told my friend he had to hook us up. Turns out he asked about me too and we've been together ever since (almost 4 years)

How we met! When? Friday, September 10, 2004 Where? Blind date...techincally....
Me and my DH [Mike] met through his cousin-in-law, Robin. I was working in a law firm at the time and his cousin was the associate lawyer. I was looking for a relationship and so was he, so his cousin thought we would be campatible based on our personalities, so we exchanged pictures, we both thought one another were attractive, and we talked on the phone for a week for about an hour at a shot before we went out the following weekend.
He picked me up at my house (had to meet the parents...uhh...don't ask!) and he brought me a red rose! He stole my heart with that rose! We then went to dinner then we went to Jillians and played some games and went bowling (I beat him twice!!) and then we went for a very romantic stroll on the beach and just cuddled on a blanket! I talked and talked on the beach so we didn't have our first kiss until he was ready to drop me off! But, our first kiss was amazing and I woudn't have wanted it any other way! And we've been together ever since!! He popped the question 1 day after our 6 month anniversary!

so we met on my 21st birthday at a Keg part in the babboo forest at Stonybrook.
i was getting out of a horrid relationship so my friend threw this huge keg party to keep me distracted... she told me 'this will be the first day of the rest of your life... ' <-- meaning in 21 lest move on out of the bad past and forget about the Ex... never did she thing that 5 min later i would have met my FH at the keg...
literally that was the begining of the rest of my life...
3.5 years later we are engaged.
