I met my FH on an online game called Ragnarok online i was playing one night in the person vs person arena and he was like the only one who no one could kill so i duled him and i kept beating him and then he got like a huge team of people to take me out so we got into this huge argument and i called him a loser lol but then we becmae friends and then lovers so i left ohio in october to be with him in new york and that chrismas we found out we were pregnant with our daughter and well one year later here we are =) an internet game romance

We met on our HS robotics team. I was the president and he wasn't . We didn't start dating until college though. I thought he was a dork.

almost the same story. Except I am still friends with my friend (FH no longer with his) and she is one of my BMs.
Same with us, I'm no longer friends with mine, but his is in our wedding party. Actually FHs friend was my friend first, we lost touch, he became friends with FH, then we all became friends again.

fh and i have known eachother since i was born (hes older) our dads are volunteer firemen together.. but when my parents got divorced i wasnt around there anymore.. but we always knew of eachother.. fast foward to the summer of '97.. i was babysitting at the beach club and fh's family had a cabana on the same court-- he had such a crush on me (he was 15 at that point)-- but he never said anything to me.. not even hello nothing at all... soo fast foward again to june of 2000 my grandpa was rushed to the hospital and bryan came on the ambulance (he joined the fire dept ) and i couldnt believe that was him..again he didnt say anything to me.. granted i was hysterical because of my pop.. but still.. anyway one of my good friends was a fireman also.. and on august 5, 2000 (my birthday) my friend had a party.. and fh was there.. and its been 'us' ever since!!
a few nights after my birthday fh was like i have something to show you.. it was a baby picture of us sitting on my dads lap.. at a fire house christmas party in 1984... crazyy.. talk about fate..

I met my FH at a New Paltz Frat party. It is funny because I would always say I would never meet someone while at a club or party. I never thought something like that would last. And here we are 6 years later and engaged. :)

We actually met each other online, and after talking for a bit, we found out that his brother played baseball with my friend's brother so their families knew each other (what a small world!)

same sorta thing for me....one of my friends introduced me to him. (they went to college together) at Adelphi. I really didnt think much of it, but i figured why not, i'll meet him. So when i came home for thanksgiving break (i was away at school at the time)...the three of us hung out. then we talked and hung out a lot the time i was home.....so he asked me out! i knew i was going back to school so i said no at first (b/c i didnt want to date someone long distance!).....but then he kept at it, so i ended up saying yes. we dated for 4 years long distance (5 hours apart), we would see each other when i came home for break and he would come to visit me at school. Let me tell u....it was the best feeling EVER when i finally graduated college and got to be with him everyday! Now we live together! But yeah, neither one of us talks to the girl who introduced us.....she would prob. flip out of she knew we were getting married!
