We met at work too 10 years ago. I couldn't stand him and then he came to my house with his friend from our job and FH spilled a cup of soda on my rug and I threw him out of my house....and the rest is history!!

I first saw him when I was 11 and he was 16. Then I officially was introduced to him when I was 19 by my best friend. We all went on vacation to Jamaica together and we came back a couple!

we met jan 26th 2005 ( on this birhtday) in a college class we were both taking. started going out june 7th 2005 engaged sept 27th 2005 and now getting married may 18th 2007!!

my best friend since 1st grade told me to come to nj to meet her man and his friends...they said it woudl take 1.5 hrs to get there from long island - yeah ok...three hours later i show up and curse nick out, I thought he was her boyfriend who gave me directions and ETA - well he let me know he wasn't him that I spoke wiht...from that moment on we've been inseperable...2/10/02
edited to add: he was everything i never wanted - i.e. blind date married before, had a kid, not old enough...funny how one should never say never

We meet at work (july 2004)...she stole me away from my previous bf..
I responded to FH's Yahoo personal ad in November of 2002. A few weeks later after really hitting it off on the phone, we met in person at a Fridays and then went to a movie. We didn't want the night to end and talked for hours in my car back at the Fridays parking lot. We have been inseparable ever since.

We met through a Yahoo personals ad on June 17th, 2004, engaged June 17th, 2006, and getiing married on Septemeber 21, 2007!!

We met online in a German chat room like 9 yrs ago ... I was home sick from school one day and bored and since I was taking German in high school and had gone to Germany with class I thought it would be fun to talk to some German people... and I pretty much just said hey is anyone actually in Germany and FH was wone of the poeple that answered and we chatted for like 7 hrs that day and then chatted almost every day after that and ont he phone once a week for 1.5 yrs until I went to Germany for college and then we met in person and hit it off.

we met on Jdate.com. my mom was begging me to meet a jewish guy. lol we met in person 3 weeks later and moved in together 6 months later. we've been together 2 1/2 years.

We went to the same high school but were never friends, though knew of each other. He keeps telling everyone I was a snob.
Sophmore year in college, he was in one of my classes Fall Semester ( September 1999). So I went up to him and said hi. So he moved his seat to come sit by me (which I was later told that he NEVER does) and we hung out a few times and started dating on the 11th.
Proposed after just over 6 years and here we are. =o) Couldn't be happier.
