how did you move 4/6

since noone started this today I will....

I went to the gym after work.

30mins on the tredmill 20 mins with the weights did abs and arms and 10 mins on the elipticial.

oooh I love these! makes me see what a couch potato I am

stayed home and worked from home. FH came from work and we went to the supermarket. I'm not sure if this can be described as 'moving' tho

Was at the gym at 6:20 this morning...got in a lot of cardio and some strength training.

wow... I need to start moving more. I spent A LOT of time in Ikea...returning something and then trying to find other things.... lots of walking... and heavy lifting... does this count? I'm exhausted.
