So we started out thinking we wanted to get married in Oct. After looking at last RH's we started talking about Jan. Mainly due to price difference. We both went to college upstate so we both are okay with winters (him a little more then me!!).
But I can't decide. I think the fall is more appealing to me because we're getitng married at RH and I think i want the ceremony to be outdoors as well as CH.
How did you ladies decide???

Hehe, honestly . . . my poor parents. I love October, but my birthday, my brother's birthday, my SIL's b-day and their anniversary are October, my FH is Nov. 5 and my nephew is Sept. 16th. I didn't have the heart to put something else in there and decided to spare them and finally do something in Spring . . . . the fall is rough for Mom and Dad's wallets!!!

i'm a teacher, so the summer really makes the most sense. our dating anniversary happens to fall on a saturday in '09, so we booked it. good luck deciding

I am a teacher, so the summer made the most sense. But if I could have picked any month I think I would have picked late September early October. I really wanted Champagne for BM dresses but everyone said that was more of a fall color.

Its pretty funny - we based it on our work schedules - we originally wanted something that is after december and before may - so that cut out most of the warm months (and our anniversary) - I am graduating in late december with my BSN for my RN and I have to take my boards (which should fall anywhere in January/February - March is when FH was married the 1st time - so that month was completely crossed out - so that left us with April and the beginning of April is where we fell

We wanted Oct. but, too much money. Then tried for March and wound up in August wich was the cheapest.

I knew I wanted the summer, and that was about it. The only two dates I had really liked were June 4th (we started going out March 4th so at least the 4 was still there) and August 6h (day he proposed) and both fell on a Thursday which we deceided on because of price. Well when I found my RH, they only had two days left in the summer and we choose from there hehe. We actually love the date now though because my fav # is 7 and his is 6..our date is 7/16
We both love the summer and I really want to take pics on the beach, and be able to get a nice tan a few months before my wedding so it looks nice in pics hehe..

OUR ANNIVERSARY IS JUNE 30 - SO I TRIED TO PICK THE CLOSEST WEEKEND DAY- WHICH ENDED UP BEING JUNE 28TH

Well basically we were looking for 2008 but the RH we love love was all booked so i thought we would do it mor elike May/June. But FH said if you don marry me by at least Feb then you're never going to marry me. i want us to be married by early 09. So we started looking in Jan/Feb & then when they said they had V day we were like oh thats cute ok. But unfortunately for us thats a prime day for weddings so we didnt get a better deal then most of the winter weddings. But i dont care i love it!

Im a teacher so we basically had to do it in the summer. I would have loved a September or November wedding but, with work... its hard to wait THAT much longer to go on a honeymoon

We are both teachers so that only left us with limited times during the year. I wanted an April wedding and get married right before EAster and then go on our HM during the spring break but his BM, his bro is an accountant and cant take off the month of April so we went for July. We settled on the 17th becuase we like how it was right in the middle of July and the day after my sisters bday. Also the RH offered us a great price for that day so that sold us too
