How did you and FH pick your date? Is there a particular reason or just random?

We knew we wanted to have a spring wedding. We did not have any particular date in mind. We went to halls and once we picked the place we asked them what Friday nights they had available in April and may. Then we picked based on that. We thought it was more important to have the place we wanted then having a particular dare

Our dating Anniversary is 11-11....so we picked 4-22-12 because 11+11 is 22 and also because all of those digits add up to 11. There are other reasons but that is the main reason we narrowed it down to that date.

our favorite number happens to be 5. so we picked 10/5/2012. it lands on a friday...who doesn't love fridays?

We didnt have a particular date picked out, we were pretty open to spring or summer...we went with the dates they had open and picked a Saturday

I agree.. we knew we wanted a Saturday night in April or May and then went with what our RH had available.

we wanted a summer wedding...so we just picked whatever was available at our venue and whatever looked/sounded nice

We didn't officially pick our date yet. We know we want Sept 2012 and you had to pick an actual date to join LIW, so 9/21/12 worked just fine lol
The funny thing is... it'll probably wind up being around this time in September too!

After many fights with FH about timing a Sunday wedding in nov, we decided that for a few dollars more we could have a sat night in march and stop fighting

I'm a teacher and knew that I had to have a summer wedding. So it was either July or August and we both favored July. Then we just went to the RH and picked a date!

I am teacher too but I also wanted a winter wedding and my FH and I did not want to get married too close to his birthday Dec 27 so we picked february we picked the 11th because either the week after or the following wee I would be on winter break so we could go on our honeymoon. We picked 2012 because it is a big year my FH will be turning 30 his parents will be together 25 years and FH and I will be together 6 six years at that point. and besides 11 12 lol i want a play on the date.

We originally wanted a fall wedding but it was too expensive, the RH suggested March and we took it
I picked the 24th because of my 'cycle'
I didn't want to have it near my wedding or on my honeymoon

We wanted a summer wedding, but not late summer. Our Anniversary is June 25th, so we figured we might as well pick the closest Saturday to that date.

We started dating March 18 and wanted a spring or summer wedding. So when we saw 18 in May we decided on that.

We met memorial day weekend, and FH's friends are military so they usually get four day weekends on memorial day and can come up for the wedding.
