How Do I

How Do I

make it through the next two months without totally losing my mind????????????

FH called to tell me he was in th emergency room getting x-rays on his hand. Nothing is broken, THANK GOODNESS, but he is not going to stop playing softball between now and the wedding, and we have been arguing over whether or not he should play the week of the wedding.

We're going to Vegas to play in a HUGE pool tournament in 10 days, and he didn't even give that any consideration while he was playing softball, so why would he think about the wedding and the HM????????????????

I feel it too sweetie.
Like the world around me is falling to pieces and I have a 200 person wedding coming up. We dont have a place to live yet, I have NO idea who can watch my puppy for 15 days without it costing me ANOTHER 700 dollars in room and board.

I have not had a hair trial and I have NOTHING to put in my hair.

I love the sound of NOVEMBER 1st. It's the day I get my life back.

Well girls we are all going through this...

Personally I would be arguing with my FH if we wanted to play ball the week of the wedding also...

we already live together, but fh's SIL is causing problems, b/c her and her daughters aren't in my bridal party..

I am sorry you live in FL and I met you 3 times.

GIMME A BREAK!!!!

I think we all need to get together for drinks and just vent

I went through the same thing. DH plays football in a league. In the months before the wedding, he had a concussiion. My sister also hit her head on a car trunk as it opened and my mom broke her back. I asked him, out of the kindness of my heart, to please stop playing for one month so I could have ONE family member in one piece. He stopped - thank G-d.

Bottom line Darlene, men dont think. They just do dumb things. It is something we have to live with.

I feel your pain....FH plays baseball and has decided to play again this fall. The playoffs are the week of the wedding. He finally decided that it was a good idea to skip them this year but I know it will kill him. Maybe your FH will change his mind too. Prayers for an injury-free season work too!

That he's okay!!!

As for getting him to think about the wedding - somehow I don't think any guy will think of the wedding until a few days beforehand when he has to go get his tux!!!

For the next two months, Darlene, coat him in bubble wrap, so he doesn't get a scar or a scratch or anything on him! I've threatened Bob with this action!

You'll get through it and in the end, it will be all worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The two months are going to go by so fast, you won't even have time to think about that stuff!!
