Enter in addresses in Excel so that I can use them for my save the date envelopes (to print the address on the actual envelope).

you just enter them into excel however you want them to read and then from ms word, you do a mail merge and use the excel spreadsheet as your data source. i hope that makes sense.

just type them into labels you plan on using in a microsoft word document that's what we did this way we don't have to bother with mail merge or anything like that....
