How do I ask my boss

about three weeks ago my boss told me he was giving me a raise. I still have yet to see it. It is a private company and I am pretty much the only employee. He wa saway for th elast two weeks and told me he would straighten it out when he got back so I wasnt worried. He gave me my check today (I get paid every 2 weeks) and said he will give it to me later the difference. I still havent gottnen it. what should I do?

I would just mention something to him in passing. Like hey, I made some coffee - where's my raise? Just kidding.

I would say something though.
