I have a plain boring one - but I had Sandra (springsandra) make me a custom one. Here's a plain one for you to use:

I'm sure if you FM Sandra, she'll make you a custom one.

I'm heading to VA tomorrow for a wedding but I'll be back Sunday and can do it then.
