a hangover.... you would think being 28 i would have this figured out by now....FH is in South Beach for his bachelor party so we started partying for me last night and now i feel like garbage. Once i feel better ill post pics!!

Hangovers are the worst...sleep is the best thing to do - if you can get a few hours in, when you wake up, you'll feel soo much better

Only sure way is to start drinking again
But it also works to get bready food (like a non greasy sandwhich) and some gatorade.

I drink a V8, take a few motrin, something with carbs and plenty of rest. I hope you feel better fast!

That's a tough one, usually bacon & eggs with a bagel (the grease from the bacon helps to coat your stomach), a couple of tylenol and either warm gingerale (it also helps to get rid the nausea) or powerade and plenty of rest.

take a multi-vitamin. This shoud do the trick! It def. helped me the night before thanksgiving!
