How do I get rid of the gross pimples in the back of my arm!!

I have never really had any pimples even when I was a teenager, but recently I have been getting little tiny pimples in the back of my upper arm,( my tricep) and I had tries exfoliating, and lots of other things , but nothing is working. I really want them gone before my wedding, my dress is strapless, so my arms will be showing!!

Any one ever have this problem before??

What can I do?

ewwww...sunrise has arm acne....just kidding. honeslty i think you've done it all...it's probably stress or the warmer weather IMO.

My sister has it - according to her dermatologist its a form of eczema - you may have something different than she has, though.

It's called keratosis... (or somthing like that)

Same situation - I had it as a child and SURPRISE!!! It's popped up w/ just 2 months until my wedding.

Go to a dermo and get a prescription cream -

My sis. get its too she uses a good exfoliating body wash (one where u can see the beads , use that daily & moisturize it daily...if it looks like pimples maybe try putting a zit cream w/ benxoyl perox.on it too

i have it too, the only thing that works is a lotion with lactic acid, your derm and give you and Rx.

Yeah absolutely go to a derm, he'll give you a topical to get rid of it. I'd stay clear of the scrubs, being that it came out of the blue you dont want to irritate it. No worries these dr's can peform miracles!!!!

The key is to moisturize!!! Try Aveeno w/ oatmeal - it helps a lot, believe it or not!

yup - thats what it is. Believe it or not, its a form of the herpes virus (ok everyone, don't say 'ewwwww' - more than 90% of the US Population carries this.)

A prescription cream should clear that right up for you!

Try this, with a exfoliating glove or pad, if this doesnt work then I would get to the dermatologist. I have little bumps on my arms too and this works for me! It could also be hard water, I only started to get it when I moved

Sounds like Keratosis Pilaris to me too.

Ive sorta always had this, never went to a dermatologist before 3 weeks ago.
Dunno why, but it started to get more noticeable.
I had forgotten waht the doc tld me it was, but then I saw the name on here and it clicked.

He gave me 'salex' but guess what....it didnt work for me!
When I looked on the website, www.helpforkp.com it said to get a cream w/other acids in it-urea too. I dunno why this doc gave me this cream.

Ive heard that tanning actually helps it!!!

Try this- dissolve a tbsp of Boric Acid in boiling water, use a cotton pad to apply over and over to the area until the water is no longer hot. Do it for a few days, twice a day if you can. Let me know if it works!!!
