Hi Guys, I have a real problem. I am posting this anonymously for obvious reasons. I planned my girlfriends shower for this weekend (I am the MOH) and have enough people coming to that but the bachelorette party (to be held that night) is low on people. Only five of us will be there, including the bride. Two people don't know each other. What are some activities that we could do together in the city? I know the bride was expecting it to be large- a lot of OOT friends- should I warm her ahead of time that it is going to be small? Should I include her in the decision? You brides out there please help. It has been so long since I have done this! I suck at it!

Re: How do I handle Bachelorette-Party?
My MOH asked me who I wanted invited to my bachelorette party. At this point in my life I have several groups of friends that do not know each other. My MOH is my best college friend, and I asked that the bachelorette party just be made up of my college friends. They are in no way closer to me, but this will be a great time to catch up and relive our college days, without the uncomfortable situations of having lots of people who do not know one another. I would involve her in the decision though--I know I was glad to be asked--I would not have been happy with a group of 25 people who are really 5 different cliques.

Re: How do I handle Bachelorette-Party?
I would tell her unless telling her would ruin the shower surprise... If not, definitely let her know - she might have other ideas as to people (maybe her work people?) to invite or things she wants to do with such a small group. That stinks though
