tip when the service fee is already included in the contract?? Our RH already included $1900 into our contract for a service fee and our limo company included 20% in our contract. Should I be tipping these vendors extra on top of this?

You should tip the Banquet Manager $2-$5 per guest

Really? If I'm already paying 20% tip in my contract, I wouldn't give you extra money unless you went well beyond my expectations... I mean.. can you imagine paying 20% on top of your wedding, then paying a few hundred more.. or even a thousand or so more to tip people?

I wouldn't tip extra if a 20% tip was included.. JMO.

Bridal attendant should be like $100 ea (some provide 2) and the Maitre'd is like $3-5 per person.

I would tip your bridal attendant and Maitre d'. I used to work at catering hall and the bridal attendant, waitstaff, Maitre d' etc.. never actually got any part of that service fee (beyond our salaries). If someone tipped the banquet manager or the maite d it never made its way down to the bridal attendant (or waitstaff). I'd tip the each person you want to tip separately- as tip sharing is not common in catering halls.
