Is there a website. I had some trouble when I tried doing it on my own. Is there a local NY site or do you use the main site. What does it mean if it doesn't find anything, not even a listing?

Re: How do I research companies with BBB
You go to the website, its www.bbb.org- Click on the link that says check out a business- it will give you a place to write the company name, city and state. FM me if you have any problems
