I have so much trouble with this... I try shrinking them in photoshop, but it's not working... HELP . please. TIA

right click on the pic, hit 'open with' then choose 'paint' once in paint click on 'stretch and skew' and then change to 2 dimensions to a much smaller #, I usually do like 15 for both

i just figured it out a minute a go myself! on top of this screen where it says 'resizer....its next to the Log out and forum mail links.
