I picked up my veil yesterday from Paul's Veils. How do I store it for the next four months to keep it from discoloring?
I double bagged mine and got a big square hat box and put the veil and my tiara in it and tied it shut (I have cats who like boxes and shredding). A week befor the wedding I was told to take it out and drape it flat over the back of a chair. Everytime you take a shower bring the chair set up in so it steams. My chair is going to be locked in the closet for the week so no cats can get at it and I will take it in the shower everyday! Best of luck!!
I only had my veil about a month before the wedding - it was pinned to some tissue paper and then 'folded'/hung over a hanger, all of which was in a garment bag with tissue paper covering the veil and potpourri at the bottom.
