How do I stuff the envelopes?

Okay, I'm sure this has been answered before, but I couldn't find it! What's the order for envelope stuffing? Do all the things other than the formal invite (response card, direction cards) go in the inner envelope with the invite, or in the outer envelope? If they go in the inner envelope, then what's the order? Like, as someone pulls it out, should it be:

Invite
Response card/envelope
Direction cards

Or something else? Does it matter? Help!

Everything goes in the inner envelope.

ETA - I have always received invites with the enclosures ordered in size order - the largest (the invite) at the back) with the smaller things in front of that. This is mainly so nothing gets lost -- but honestly, no one will remember what order everything was in.

You should also remove the tissue paper.

Thanks, I guess it really doesn't matter, but I want to be ettiquette conscious so the FILs think I know what I'm doing!

This is what I used when I had to stuff mine, they explain it all and made it so much easier!!!
