How do i turn my cookies on?

I'm trying to log into my AOL and my computer is telling me to turn my cookies on?
HUH? how do i do this and is this something i want to do

go to tools, internet options, privacy tab, advanced button, override. apply. hope that helps!

I had the same problem for 5 days. I finally called AOL because my cookies were enabled and they told me I had to clear them all (delete them) and then restart my computer and it has worked fine since. If anything give them a call
