How do you addres the placecards for the kids?--wedding in 2 days

There are 7 kids attending my wedding in two days (4 are member of the bridal party) and the other 3 are pre-teen members of immediate family (sisters). How do I write their place cards?

Miss.....
Mr....

or just their names

I feel funny putting Mr on the placecard for a 4 year old

to do it properly:

Miss so-and-so
Master so-and-so

I am going to Miss & Mr.
I think my family and the little boys would get a kick out of Mr. if they are with a family though you can just put
Mr & Mrs Smith & family

That's adorable! My FG already BELIEVES she's a princess so she'd love that!

if they are under 5 we are doin prince and princess.

6-18 for girls: miss
6-12 for boys: master
13+ for boys: Mr.
