wouldn't it be:

Ftr. & Mrs. Mike Blah-Blah

Ftr. being the abbriviation for Father.

For some reason Mr. & Mrs. Father Mike doesn't seem to make sense.

NOpe scratch what I just said. I just asked my bosses father who sits on the board of the GO Archidese and he said put Reverend and you have to add the wife in a diff way, I dont know how its called in English
