The previous BOTW picks the next one. Usually in the 2012,2013,2014 boards there is a thread for past BOTW's so that nobody gets picked twice

Over on the 2013 board we started right after new yrs. Who ever wanted to be considered as the 1st BOTW got their name thrown in a hat. We picked the 1st BOTW at random. After that the current BOTW picks the next one. We keep a list of previous ones so no 1 gets picked twice and as many brides as possible get turns.
