ok this might sound like a silly question but i really don't know...
if i'm getting ready at home (nassau), stopping on the way at a park to take pics, and then going to the RH (suffolk), where we are also having the ceremony, how and when do we check into our hotel? i'm obviously not stopping on my way in my wedding dress...
can someone in the BP check you in? how does this work?

we stopped on our way in- we got there at like 1am so there was no line and they kind've guessed who we were I guess the dress gave it away! There was another BP partying by the bar and they were SO LOUD!!! We just wanted to go up to our room....

If you can't stop in before, let your hotel know the circumstances and that you'll be checking in late. They're all usually really good about that.

FH is having a golf outing in the AM and then heading over to the hotel to check us in. Everything is local for us, so if your coming in from out of town, just let the hotel know you'll be checking in late.

i am getting ready from the hotel so we will have the same room......but i would call the hotel and ask if some one can check in and drop your things for you.
