Re: How do you cook pork ribs?
I always boil them for about 30 mins and then put them in the oven for another 20 mins or so on 350. We had ribs on Monday --- YUMMY

Re: How do you cook pork ribs?
Sass- Check food network, Alton Brown (Good Eats) had a great recipe for rub and I remember putting them in the oven then the BBQ. But I am sure if you cook them, then when time comes to BBQ kick on the broiler it'll have the same effect.
I'll see if I can find it...

Re: How do you cook pork ribs?
I bake them on 350 degrees. I don't separate them. The only thing is keep an eye on them when they're in the oven, sometimes the bbq sauce starts burning (I use a lot!).
We are getting so sick & tired of eating the same thing- chicken breasts, london broil, yadda yadda- thought this might be nice for a change...

Re: How do you cook pork ribs?
I do similar but I boil them for at least 30 minutes until they are white-ish and really soft. Marinade (I like bbq sauce and saucy susan mixed) and then I stick them in the broiler (not the oven) until crispy, turning once. I would put in the whole slab in that way it will be easier to flip in the broiler. I have also made them separate when they have been bought that way.
