How do you cure your morning sickness?

I ate something this morning and its made me queasy all day.

just make sure you have something in your stomach to soak up the stomach juices (Ive read thats why you get MS... excess stuff) Have crackers. Feel better

Sue ... sending you to help you feel better. My MS was terrible at night. And I never really found anything that helped entirely .. hopefully, things will not be too bad for you.

reason why the say crackers is becuase the salt on them is sopposed to help.
I had such bad MS 24-7 nothing worked for me but patience and time Sue.
Try salty things to start though...

i found cereal helped. cheerios - bland bland bland. little things all day is the trick.
