I've had this darn headache since last night.. I can't function..

Tylenol, Excedrin, ......hot compress on your head, SLEEP! Can you do any of the above?

I took pills..I even think I may have overdosed on them..lol..

Now that's a solution..Turkey!!!

I take a pain killer, and drink caffeine. Caffeine gives some people headaches, but helps others.

For me some advil and a lot of rest work on a really bad headache. If it is sinus related, I'll add a sudafed to the combo.

I take 3 tylenols which makes my headache go away faster. i also put a warm compress on my head and sleep.

Water, caffeine, sleep are the top three I can think of. Also, not to be TMI, but constipation can give you a headache, so think about that bodily function, too.

I am (unfortunately) a headache expert .. I have all kinds, but mainly I get migraines that can last for a week ... (thank god for prescription meds! )

It does depend on the type of headache, but if its lasting this long its probably some sort of sinus or migraine-type headache.

For migraines, caffiene works for a lot of people. For sinus headaches, different combinations of OTC medications usually help.

Sorry I canont be more specific - but there are so many remedies out there, its hard to know which one works until you try a bunch out

Drink a Coke (strong caffeine!)

Get a massage - could be a tension headache

Any pill should help.
How about a pressure point?? I was told between you pointer and thumb and SQUEEZE!
It helps! Try it but have someone do it for you Hope you feel better!

Thanks everyone..I believe it's a migraine..I get a little sick to my stomach and I get hot flashes..so annoying..

I took the migraine excedrin....that works sometimes, but not this time..

To think of it, I didn't really have any caffeine today (only my coffee this morning) and I know that works sometimes too...

Just wondering if there was anything different out there that I didn't try..

Sometimes I sleep it off, but I can't because I am at my stinken job right now..

Maybe I should get a divorce..that was cute!!

I had a pounding headache earlier. I took some Excedrin Migraine and it has helped tremendously.
