How do you make your MOH stand out?

I am going dress shopping this weekend.

I KNOW I want them all in the same color. I dont mind if MOH has strapless and girls have straps.

But what are YOU ladies doing to make MOH stand out?

My MOH will be 9 months pregnant at my wedding so no matter what she will stand out lol
She is wearing a different dress- Her gown is champange with a chocolate brown sash and my BM are wearing brown.

i wanted my MOH to stand out especially with everything that she has done for the wedding. so my girls r wearing a brown dress with a blush sash & my MOH is wearing a blue dress with a brown sash.
