How do you organize...

All of your wedding information? I'm about 7.5 months (ack!) away from my wedding and starting to freak out about keeping track of all the vendors and details! How do you girls stay on top of everything?? Binders? Excel? How do you remember all the little details you want to incorporate?

folders online...also have a folder with pics from magazines and stuff for ideas. The rest is in my head lol

I bought one of those bridal organizer binders. . . I use that for contracts / ideas and have an excel spreadsheet to track payments / budget.

I swear my stuff is in different binder, folders, magazine, emails, etc all over the place! This weekend I have to get down to organizing. It's too much - I'm afraid things are going to fall through the cracks!!

I have a folder of all my vendors info, contracts etc. I will put the payments on excel but all the rest , my brain is my organizer

I have a bridal organizer and all contracts, receipts and photos are in there. I also have an excel spreadsheet with all of our budget info on it. So it helps us keep track of how much we are spending, how much we alloted for each vendor, etc.

I just made my own binder with dividers in it and i put everything in there.... But i just started so so far all the binder has is dividers....LoL

folders on my computer, files on my sidekick 3, random folders in my room. i have things everywhere but yet still organzed

i bot a binder with the paper portectors and put everything in there ...

I used a regular binder with those sheet protectors and use dividers to seperate out the categories. i have like 15 dividers lol.

I got binder with a flex folder thing and then put all those clear presentation thingies in it, each one is for a different vendor and they slide right out so I can grab which one I need and lug around the giant binder and they are clear so you see everything right away. I'm crazy about organization though, it's like an obsession.

I have a folder for each vendor and also the church. Then I have a folders with pictures of cakes, hair , flowers etc I also have one for the marriage license and change of name information.

I have a binder with a section for each thing (dj, photographer, make up, hair, hm, etc...) and then two excel sheets. One for my budget and one for vendors/payments schedules.

Oh and then I also have a wedding folder on here with sub folders inside for hair ideas, make up ideas, pics I want the photographer to do, flower ideas, etc.... As I find stuff, I add the ideas to the subfolders.

All Paperwork in in a Binder divided by vendor/ detail. I use excel to keep track of guestlist & budget. Print outs are in my binder.

LIW has great features too, theur guestlist, is through excel!!
