how do you plan out who does what the wedding day???
i am starting to realize just how much needs to be organized for the wedding day- meaning who takes care of what!
does the reception hall (crest hollow) take care of putting the favors and table names on the tables? and the guest book and pens, etc?
and then we have to have designated people to bring these things with them at the end of the night and the presents too!!
there was more i was freaking out about- it just seems like a million little things now.

I think the hall will put out your favors- mine said drop everything off a few days before with instructions.

all favors and placecards, you bring to the reception hall in a marked box before the wedding, they will put out all the stuff, however at the end of the night you should have someone(maybe parents?) designated to bring stuff home like guestbook and stuff.....

The hall takes care of all that, just be sure to give exact instructons of what you want done.
My mom took home stuff for me, such as my wedding cake, CP from dais, any table cameras etc.

We made a list of everything (all details we could think of) and assigned tasks to each member of BP and family. We informed people of their tasks ahead of time so they knew what was expected of them. Definitely talk to your hall manager to go over the details so you know what they will do or can't do for you.
