I used to write themon the calender. When a new year came I would go back through the old calender and copy all the birthdays into the new one. Ever since I moved though I don't have a calender or a good place to put one right now!

This is exactly what I do. DH thinks I'm crazy that I buy a new calendar in November and put everyone's birthdays and anniversaries. It's hanging on a bulletin board in the kitchen.

I am psycho-birthday person. I remember all birthdays of every person I've ever known. I do also write them in a calendar from year to year like Julz said, just in case, but its rare that I forget! (Oooops I hope I don't jinx myself! )

They sell at Genovese and Hallmark those boxes that hold cards, you could go card shopping once a year and put the cards in the box by month, this way you only have to check in there once a month, and you'll have all your cards at home in one location (you can even put stamps in there).

I'd sometimes put them in my phone under reminders and when the day has come an alarm goes off in the AM

Re: How do you remember birthdays?

My MIL has calendars made up for the family each year. She has everyones b-days and anniversaries. We get it for X-mas every year and when I do, I add my side of the family to it.

I write them on my BIG desktop calendar that I seem to stare at all day. It works for me!
