FH and I decided we really might go to Spain for our Honeymoon - anyone have a particular recommendation of where to go? Its been my dream to go to Spain!

Spain is an absolutely amazing country! I would say definitely, Madrid, Barcelona, Seville and the Costa del Sol. From those cities, you can do day trips to Toledo and Granada. It's relatively easy to drive around in Spain (except really for Madrid).
On the Costa del Sol, the Hotel Don Carlos in Marbella was absolutely breathtaking!

haha oh nice! I'll have to use that. I'm pretty conversationally fluent in Spanish, but I didn't know if Honeymoon would be conjugated literally or not,and I guess it is! :) Thanks!

Nice! We are going to Spain too- for the first two days of our honeymoon. We are staying in a hotel in Barcelona right in the center of everything. I can give you the info. Just Google Hotel Diagonal in Barcelona. They are a great chain in Spain and the rates are not bad and it's definately cool looking places.

we also went to spain on our HM and LOOOOVED it, and dont worry about the euro there bc believe it or not its VERY affordable, not like the rest of Europe
We stayed in Barcelona and stayed at the OMM hotel. This was DH's request. He likes real modern hotels and once he saw this hotel he loved it and wanted to stay there. Its also good bc they have a downstairs lounge which gets a real good crowd. Even when we were there there were some soccer players. The restaurant Moo in the hotel has a michellin star and known to be one of the best in barcelona. Here is the hotels website. I also loved the location of it, its on passeig de gracia which is a real nice and great area. It was my favorite area to be in. At first i was looking for hotels in las ramblas or barri gottic and i was glad we did it in this area instead. Plus those two areas were just within walking distance so it was easy for us to get to
