How do you write names for the place cards?

Mr. & Mrs. L. Smith
Mr. & Mrs. Louis Smith
Rachel & Louis

What about if it's a person with a 'guest' but we don't know their name?

Do I do... Mr. Louis Smith & Guest? Or should I try to find out their first and last name?

I think you can just write And Guest on there, that's what I'll probably do if I don't know who they're bringing!
