IMO I would trim the tulle just a bit to maybe the top of the bottle? they look like super cute bottles and they are a bit over whelmed with the tulle :)
Maybe a bit more ribbon or an organza bow instead??

i am also going to check when my mom gets home where my organza bags are, they have to be somewhere here, i looked around but this woman hides everything hahaha. I'll let you know what size they are and see if they'll fit your bottles. And if they are the right size, between mine and laura's you'll have enough

I second this idea.

Your bottle labels were really cute and I don't think wine bottles need to be bagged up. A little curly ribbon at the top would look great.

I agree! You dont really need the tule. I mean it looks fine with it.. but save yourself the headache and just put a bunch of ribbon!
