We haven't gotten to that stage yet - but it's def. coming up soon IMO. Anyway I was just wondering how your DHs feel about their part of the testing process..
Mine is a little reluctant to say the least - I def. think I'm going to have some resistance in the future

I don't think mine would have a problem. I thought that they always test the man first if there isn't something obvious with the woman because the testing is so much easier and not at all invasive.

Its actually easier to test a man and many drs. want to test them before putting us through more invasive tests. My DH was already checked and he had no problem doing it. Now he brags that he has 'millions of really strong swimmers' and even got to see them under the microscope LOL!!

my dh was reluctant at first, but when he saw how important this was to me, he agreed. unfortunately, we never got to that stage....but if we don't concieve within the next two or three months, i think we will both start testing.

My DH didn't mind at all. We eventually had to do insemination so he was 'giving a sample' every month.

however, his deal was a lot more enjoyable then any of my tests lol
Hell they even had a large porn selection he said...at the RE 's office ...lol too weird...lol

DH didn't want to do it, but I told him, 'For God's sake, you ENJOY this, just do it into a cup!!' I however do not enjoy getting spread open for the Dr. so finally after MUCH prodding he did it. I was asleep so it probably helped that I wasn't pressuring him. He did it before work, dropped it off at Quest, and off to work he went.
It's no biggie but I think guys are afraid of what they may hear.
His tested fine - they all swim, average in everything so he can't brag, lucky for me. But he thinks he's BIG so I hear enough about that without having to worry about Superspermman!!

DH wasn't really happy about it. However, I just told him all of the tests I had to do and even what part of my cycle I had to do them in. His face said it all....lol...he went the next day.
