my daughter who will be our FG is so anxious for me to order her dress.. but i keep thinking to myself.. hmm.. i buy her dress now in July.. come next Feb it won't fit.. sso whats the point.. i was thinking bout ordering it in December.. is that too late?

I was wondering the same thing. My niece just turned 6 and thats when they really start to grow! I dont want to get her a dress now that isnt gonna fit come the big day. Maybe we should order it ASAP a little bigger in size and then wait til December to alter it.

i am gonna order BM dresses in NOV ill see how fast the girls are growing by then and decide. but ill prob order them in Nov-Dec
i figured we can go a size bigger and always take it in.

my FMIL said she's gonna have my flower girl wear the dress she wore for her christening. She was christened LAST school year, not this past one, so come my wedding the dress will be 2 years old. She doesnt seem to understand that a dress that fit her when she was 5/6 will not fit her when she is 8! She's making her communion in 2008 so i'm hoping we can convince FMIL to let her wear that dress, but if not, i'll just go buy her a dress off the rack somewhere.
kids grow so fast at that age, that i'm afraid to order it any time soon.
