HOW EMBARRASSING!!!

LOL! I just have to share! I work in a very large law firm, the partner I work for is very nice, yet we don't really have the work relationship where we can joke around or anything like that.

ANYWAY, I'm in such a zone, I forgot I left my EVERYTHING WEDDING BOOK on my desk! I hear him over my shoulder and he's looking at my book! I was so EMBARRASSED, he was LAUGHING!!! I think my face turned 10,000 shades of RED!!!

Anyway, he did tell me something, he said 'it's a shame with all the planning you go through for a wedding, it goes so fast, you can hardly enjoy it'

That's all, just thought I'd share my embarrassing moment for the day!

Leave to a lawyer to be pessimistic. I work in a law firm too and all I hear are negative things about planning a wedding.

Aww! Sounds like he thought the book was more cute than humerous. It is true though, that people can be so negative when it comes to wedding planning.

Thanks girls! I'm sure he was NOT laughing AT me... but still... I am still thinking about it... I just went to the bathroom and put the book under the ledge so no one else would see it! lol!

Lauren: I totally understand how you feel. I have pictures and books always on my desk and my bosses do the same thing. But I do not mind it because I have a very good relationship with my bosses. They will all be invited to the wedding. I can tell you that John (since I know him ) did not mean anything by it.
