6 months generally - but if you have lots of OOT guests, than even 9 months to a year is recommended.

I'm getting married Labor Day weekend so I'm sending them out this week-so nobody makes beach plans!!![]()

We're labor day weekend too- sent ours out 3 weeks ago, right after the x-mas card rush.

My wedding etiquette book I have says 6 months but to send them out earlier (if possible) if you have a lot of OOT guests
My wedding is Nov 4 and I will be sending mine out in the next week or so (we have to send a lot to Ireland!!)

Yep, we sent ours out in the beginning of November for our July wedding. We have TONS of OOT guests though.
