Being that you are looking in September I would say over the next couple of months to book there. We booked in January 2009 and our wedding was September 2010 and they were already booking up for 2011 in September. Remember one things, style of a reception hall isn't going to change like a dress or flowers. Unless they redo the rooms (which they just did) everything pretty much will be the same, especially since JT has this classic look to it.
I cannot stress enough to a bride that never let anyone tell you 'O! Don't do that you have plenty of time.' I heard it over and over again and it was very annoying and even hurtful at times. Do things when you want to do them. Because the wedding is in 2013, shop around and pick everything you are over 100% sure on. Do remember styles do change but do it all at your own pace. There is never 'plenty of time' unless you are stressed on something because you feel as though it's too close, in that case, you always have plenty of time!
