How far in advance did you...

... start putting together your wedding favors?
Ladies who had 'food' favors, when did you start yours?

I ordered favor boxes that I am putting candy into, but we didn't want to do the almonds or mints- so we were going more towards the chocolates route.

The wedding isn't until October, and I wouldn't want them to melt during the summer heat...

We are doing Maple Syrup bottles, and we are not getting married until November. I ordered them but they are not going to ship them until September because of the heat.

I'm doing candies also and i'm the same weekend as you . I'm going to wait until the end of September to get my candy.

I t depends if you have room to keep them stored nice.

I’m doing wine openers so I can do them whenever but if it were edible I would try to wait to as close as the wedding so its fresh
