How far in advance did you book your Honeymoon?

I figured about 4 months ahead. I have so much going on over the next month I would like to put the stress of honeymoon plans off just a little longer till I can really focus and research.. Thoughts about the time frame??

We booked ours back in August, it really helped us split up our payments and made it more affordable for us. We also had to have it done, as we have a honeymoon registry.

We booked it about 5 months in advance.

we are just booking our minimoon now (for Aug/Sept) and already booked our real honeymoon for Jan 2012 a few months ago but airfare is just starting to come out now. Guess we were early but we knew exactly what we wanted and wanted to pay a little now.

It all depends on where you want to go and how busy it'll be. I'm planning to book soon (for October 2011) since I'm planning to go somewhere during high season and I want to get the best rates I can get.

about a year.. but we're doing an entire month in Europe.

it really depends on where you are going I feel. When we started looking flights were a lot cheaper then when we actually booked....

We booked ours tonight so 6 months in advance.

we are taking our official HM in Jan 2012 since we won't have any vacay time left this year. They just released the prices for Jan and we plan to put our deposit down within the next few weeks.

10 months in advance, haha, but still need to wait on airfare.

We booked ours at the 6 month mark. Our TA said that's a good time because you don't want to wait too long and risk flights booking up. That might just be for Hawaii though because the flights are so darn expensive.

We booked our hotel about 3 weeks ago so 4 months in advance (we're leaving for the HM 3 weeks later). We still need to book our flights-waiting b/c FFIL is saying he MIGHT be able to help us pay for it; so just trying to see if we should hold out or front the money now.

we booked our hm two days before our wedding

got married on a sat left on a tues

dh was looking for a new job and we didnt want to book anything. turns out he was offered a job 3 days before our wedding.

9 months in advance. I didn't want to wait longer because flight prices go up the closer you get to the date.

We booked ours 11 months in advance because we wanted to make sure we got our reservation in (using a timeshare) and we booked flights last month. It really depends on your budget and if you have unlimited funds for it. I don't know if deals get better 4 months out but so far our flight prices have went up since we booked.

we booked our in october but thats just me I just wanted everything done. Once the flight list opened up for jet blue I booked.
